Service Pricing: $60 per hour for personal, $120 per hour for business.

A 30-minute minimum charge is applied to all services.
Cash, major credit and debit cards, tap to pay and even crypto are all gladly accepted. Checks are not accepted at this time. A fee for gas may be added for long distance in-home appointments, and you will be notified beforehand if so. If your business is a “one person show” without any employees, you may qualify for personal pricing! Prices subject to change.

Extended Repairs

If we need to work on your device for longer than a single appointment can handle (such as replacing a failing hard drive by copying the data slowly overnight) we offer extended repairs where we take your device in and work on it over several days. For these repairs, we do not charge you for time spent waiting on loading bars to fill up - just the time we’re actually sitting there working on it. We also prioritize contact with you during the repair so there’s no surprises about price, because no one likes those.

Discounts

Only one discount type may be applied to transactions at a time. Discounts must be claimed by customer at time of payment, they are not applied automatically:

• Just for visiting our website, you can claim $5 off through 2026 using code CST2026
• Veterns with ID and students with a .edu email receive 10% off service hours.
• Crypto payees receive 10% off service hours, with Monero payees specifically receiving 25% off service hours instead.

Refunds

Clean Slate Tech does not offer refunds for service hours at this time. However, discounts may be applied at our discretion if we are unable to provide helpful service during your appointment. We want to provide honest and fair business, not to waste your money.

Our goal

The important thing to us is that you feel good about the service you receive. Clean Slate Tech does NOT charge a subscription, require an account or other information besides payment information, and has absolutely no hidden fees. No robots, long hold lines or other annoyances. Only friendly, quality service driven right to your door or via on call help.
