I just deleted something important! I need it back!

Take a deep breath. Let it out slowly. Okay, first lets double check that it isn’t just moved to the Recycle/Trash bin. On Windows computers, press the Windows key and type “Recycle” then press Enter. On Apple Mac computers, click the Spotlight button in the menu bar (the magnifying glass) or instead simply press the Command key and Space Bar together. With Apple Spotlight now open, type “Trash” and press Enter.

But what if it’s not there?

If you don’t see your deleted file in your Trash/Recycle Bin then you either moved it somewhere else or it was really deleted. We can help locate files for you and/or recover deleted files using special software tools. We’ll take care of everything for you and recover as many files as possible.

I can’t get into my computer anymore, can you still get my files off of it?
